Questions, answered

The practical details, water, power, space, and how we set up at your venue.

Do I need water or power at my venue?

No, you don't have to sort this out yourself. Every venue is different, so each trailer is set up one of three ways, and we match the right one to your site:

  • Direct hookups — where the venue offers them, the trailer connects straight to on-site water and power, just like a building.
  • Onboard tanks — no water on site? Several of our trailers are fully self-contained, with their own fresh-water and waste-holding tanks, so they run anywhere.
  • Generator — where there's no power nearby, we bring a quiet generator so everything runs without touching your venue's electrical.

Just tell us your venue when you reach out and we'll confirm exactly what your event needs before the day.

How many people can a trailer handle?

All of our trailers are built to serve a full event comfortably, there's no guest-count limit you need to hit or stay under. How it's used is up to you and your crowd. If you'd like shorter lines at a high-traffic moment, pairing trailers or choosing Felix's two-suite layout keeps things flowing.

How much space do you need to set up?

Enough room to park and level the trailer on a reasonably firm, flat surface, plus a clear path to tow it in. Oso fits tight spots like backyards and courtyards; Felix needs a bit more room for its larger footprint. Send us your venue and we'll confirm the fit.

Where do you deliver?

We serve the Phoenix metro and the surrounding Valley, Scottsdale, Glendale, Mesa, Chandler and nearby. Outside that area? Ask us; we can often travel for the right event.

Is delivery, setup, and breakdown included?

Yes. We handle delivery, leveling, hookup or tank/generator setup, and a full breakdown and clean removal after your event. You don't lift a finger, the trailer simply arrives ready and leaves the site spotless.

How do I check a date and book?

Head to our Contact page, where the calendar shows which dates are open. Send your date, venue, and guest details through the form and we'll confirm availability and hold your date. You never book or pay through the site, every event is confirmed with us directly.

Can I rent more than one trailer together?

Absolutely, that's the SanLu sweet spot. Many events pair a restroom suite with Emiliano the photobooth and Lola the mobile bar for one seamless, styled setup from a single vendor. Tell us what you're picturing and we'll build the package.
